SUMMERFIELD COMMERCIAL are pleased to welcome three new occupiers to Lakeside House, situated on the prestigious Blackbrook Business Park, next to Junction 25 (Taunton) of the M5.
Summerfield Commercial refurbished and subdivided the previously open plan first floor office to create three self-contained office suites which suit the differing needs of the three businesses.
The newly refurbished first floor offices are now fully let to Northavon Group, Savile Lloyd Recruitment and most recently Lakeside Dental.

Lakeside Dental is a brand new private dental practice offering general dental/hygienist services at Lakeside House; Savile Lloyd Recruitment supplies candidates for international construction projects; and Northavon Group, headquartered in Somerset, primarily operates in the water sector in the South of England and South Wales.
Northavon Water & HydroVein Managing Director Luke Beattie said the company was delighted to take advantage of Blackbrook Business Park’s prime location and to have such a pleasant, well-appointed base for staff and clients.
Stantec, an international design and consulting company, continue to occupy the ground floor of the premises.
Moving to the park brings the benefit of excellent transport links, a well-established business community, a large catchment area and amenities such as a day nursery, hotels, pub, restaurant and superstore within walking distance.
